Hi there! I'm Myah. My journey into UX began on the front lines of customer service, where I used to submit helpdesk tickets and escalate many pain points. Wanting to do more than just submit tickets, I sought to learn how to effectively implement user feedback, which inspired me to pursue a UX Design certification at Oregon State University. This experience has sharpened my ability to uncover underlying issues and translate them into user-centric designs.
